Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, both in the field and at executive levels. Starting as an apprentice electrical fitter/mechanic in 1988, he has worked in many technical roles including maintenance technical support, testing of new installations and modernisation product development, including KONE’s overlay technology. He has experience in all disciplines of the industry including safety incident and near miss investigations, maintenance, modernisation, and new equipment businesses.  Stephen has held Executive roles in operations, business development, product development and general management throughout Australia and New Zealand. He holds a current electrical licence and has a passion for safety, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring sustainable outcomes.

David has over 20 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry. He started as an apprentice electrician and has worked as an electrical fitter/mechanic, tester, supervisor, local manager, national manager, national director, and Asia-Pacific director.  This includes 7 years in Singapore.  David has extensive experience in maintenance, modernisation and construction operations, as well as serious safety incident investigations.  He holds a current electrical licence and has a passion for safety, quality, productivity, and driving sustainable outcomes.
